HOW TO ENTER
You can participate in the Heimdal™ LinkedIn Giveaway by signing up for a free Heimdal trial (where you’ll get a demo of the platform) using the following link https://heimdalsecurity.com/request-a-demo?partner=li10k .
Respondents who have not provided a valid, corporate email address will not be eligible for the prize. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Heimdal™ Security.
ELIGIBILITY
The LinkedIn Giveaway is open to anyone of legal age in their residing country as of the date of entry.
Existing Heimdal Security clients can participate in the giveaway as well. They will receive the additional licenses as long as they purchase a different product than what they currently have.
AGREEMENT TO RULES
By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Heimdal™ Security, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The LinkedIn Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and is governed by the laws of Denmark, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.

LINKEDIN GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The LinkedIn Giveaway entry period begins at 4 p.m. EET on the 30th of May and ends at 12 p.m. on the 10th of June.
The eligible candidates will be contacted by one of our Sales representatives to establish the details of the demo and, within a period of 30 days from attending the demo, they will receive an email with the license keys.
PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING
Each of the Giveaway participants will receive a license of Heimdal Threat Prevention Home for 10 employees’ home computers for 1 year and, if they purchase a Heimdal corporate product, another one for the same number of employees’ home devices as the corporate endpoints they buy the Heimdal corporate product for.
The volume of additional licenses cannot exceed the number of endpoints for which you acquire a Heimdal corporate product.
No cash or other prize substitution is permitted. No substitution of prize or request for the cash equivalent by participants is permitted.
HOW PARTICIPANTS ARE NOTIFIED
Each eligible participant who requests a demo during the period of the giveaway and attends the demo will receive the prize.
If they cannot be contacted, are ineligible, or do not attend the demo, the prize of Heimdal™ Threat Prevention Home may be forfeited. The eligible candidates will be contacted by one of our Sales representatives to establish the details of the demo and, within a period of 30 days from attending the demo, they will receive an email with the license keys.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Heimdal™ Security reserves the right to modify, terminate, suspend, or cancel the LinkedIn Giveaway at its sole discretion. Heimdal™ Security also reserves the right to disqualify your entry if found ineligible to participate. If a dispute arises regarding your identity, Heimdal™ Security reserves the right not to award the prize.
Heimdal™ Security has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the LinkedIn Giveaway.
Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the LinkedIn Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Heimdal™ Security reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
PRIVACY POLICY
Heimdal™ Security complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and for the purposes of this regulation, the data controller is Heimdal™ Security. By participating in the LinkedIn Giveaway you have to provide personal data like your full name, the name of the company you work for, your corporate email address, and your phone number. If you don’t want Heimdal™ Security to process your data, please don’t participate at the LinkedIn Giveaway.
Heimdal™ Security will ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with GDPR requirements, and will store your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is processed.
