Heimdal Referral Rewards – Terms & Conditions
- Open to current Heimdal customers only.
- Referrals must be new to Heimdal and not already live in our sales pipeline (discussion with sales team within last 3 months).
- A reward is issued once the referred company attends and completes a meeting with Heimdal.
(Reward delivery may take up to 1 month following verification.)
- Limit of one reward per referred company.
- Gifts will be sent digitally where possible, or shipped to an agreed address.
- Participants must ensure they are allowed to accept rewards under their organisation’s policies.
- Heimdal may change or end the program at any time without notice.
- Personal data will only be used to administer this program and contact the referred company.
- Participants must ensure receiving a reward does not contravene their current employer's policies.
- Program ends on 31 December 2025 unless extended.
