Heimdal Labs Deep Dive – April

In this webinar, we invite you to take a closer look at Heimdal’s Managed Extended Detection and Response, aka our SOC.

Our Security Operations Centre (SOC) brings together advanced detection technology and experienced security analysts who continuously monitor, investigate and respond to potential threats. By combining automated detection with human expertise, the team works to identify suspicious activity across endpoints, networks and identities before it escalates into a serious incident.

During the session we will explore how the SOC team operates on a daily basis. You will see how alerts are analysed, how incidents are prioritised and how the team decides when to escalate, contain or remediate a threat. We will also discuss the role of threat intelligence, proactive monitoring and coordinated response in reducing risk for organisations.

This webinar offers a practical look at the workflows, decision-making and collaboration that support Heimdal’s MXDR service.

Ever wondered what happened behind the scenes? This is your chance to find out!
