Heimdal BETT 2026 Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- Promoter
- The promoter is Heimdal Security UK ("Heimdal"), 80 Strand, London WC2R 0RL, United Kingdom.
- The Promotion
- This is a prize draw promotion for BETT 2026 attendees. By entering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Eligibility
- Open to individuals who attend BETT 2026 in person, are aged 18+, and successfully complete the "Crack the Safe" challenge at the Heimdal stand during the Promotion Period.
- Not open to Heimdal employees (or group companies), agents/contractors, anyone professionally connected to the Promotion, or their immediate families.
- Open to attendees from any country, provided they can travel to/from London for the prize.
- Heimdal may request proof of eligibility.
- Promotion Period
- Opens 09:00 (UK time) on 21 January 2026.
- Closes 16:00 (UK time) on 23 January 2026.
- Entries outside this period are invalid.
- How to Enter
- To enter, eligible participants must:
- take part in the safe challenge at the Heimdal BETT stand;
- crack the safe code in line with the Safe Challenge Rules; and
- submit contact details via the QR entry form or paper entry form provided by Heimdal staff.
- No purchase necessary.
- One entry per person. Multiple entries may be disqualified.
- Heimdal is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.
- Multiple entries will be disqualified.
- Safe Challenge Rules
- One attempt per person to crack the safe code.
- The attempt must be completed within the time limit communicated by Heimdal staff before the attempt.
- If multiple participants crack the code simultaneously, Heimdal will run a random mini-draw to decide which receives a valid entry into the main draw. Heimdal's decision is final.
- Heimdal may refuse or stop attempts if unsafe, unfair, or disruptive.
- The Prize
- One (1) winner.
- The prize includes:
- a weekend trip for one person (solo travel) to Copenhagen, Denmark;
- return economy flights to and from a London airport selected by Heimdal;
- two nights' hotel accommodation in Copenhagen (hotel rating and board basis selected by Heimdal); and
- £500 spending money paid by bank transfer, subject to ID checks.
- Travel dates are fixed: 14–16 February 2026.
- Estimated total value: £1,000 (approx. £500 travel + £500 spending money).
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash (except the £500 spending money element).
- Heimdal may substitute the prize (or any part of it) with an alternative of equal or greater value if unavoidable.
- Costs not expressly included (e.g., insurance, local transport, meals not included in board basis, attraction tickets, extras, minibar, room upgrades) are the winner's responsibility.
- Travel Conditions
- The prize includes flights departing from and returning to London only.
- The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for travel to/from London (including any accommodation needed in London).
- The winner must ensure they meet passport, visa, and entry requirements for Denmark.
- Once travel is booked, any changes are at the winner's cost and subject to supplier terms.
- Heimdal is not responsible for airline or third-party delays/cancellations. Any additional costs or shortfalls remain the winner's responsibility.
- Winner Selection
- All valid entries will be entered into a random draw.
- The winner will be selected at random on 26 January 2026 using a third-party randomiser.
- Winner Notification and Claiming
- The winner will be contacted within 2 business days using the email and/or phone number provided.
- The winner must confirm acceptance and provide requested information within 48 hours.
- If the winner does not respond, declines, or is found ineligible, Heimdal may disqualify them and select an alternative winner via re-draw.
- To receive the £500 spending money, the winner must provide valid bank details. ID checks may apply.
- Publicity
- The winner may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity. Participation is optional and refusal will not affect the prize.
- If agreed, Heimdal may use approved materials for up to 12 months.
- Data Protection and Privacy
- Heimdal is the data controller. Data will be used to run the promotion, contact the winner, and arrange prize delivery.
- Marketing communications will only be sent if you opt in. You can opt out at any time.
- Entrants have rights under UK GDPR and can complain to the ICO.
- Tax
- The winner is responsible for any tax/reporting obligations related to receiving the prize.

- General
- Heimdal may disqualify entrants for breaches, false information, tampering, or unsafe/disruptive/unfair behaviour.
- Heimdal may cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- English law applies and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
